Description

There are some problems about importing keymaps.

1- Go to user preferences > input

2- Click "Export Key Configuration" (export your preferences or without any changes)

3- Name your keymap file "demo.py" for example. (naming depends on you)

4- Restart Blender. Go to user preferences > input

5- Click "Import Key Configuration" and import "demo.py" (Sometimes doesn't import, I need to restart Blender again.)

6- When imported, I can't split and resize any windows.

Should be fixed in revision 27816.

Assigning to Campbell to investigate why __import__ didn't see the /cfg folder.
