Description

The shortcuts "shift + numpad X" (for align to selected for example) cannot work on windows XP SP3 because on windows we have
shift + numpad 1 = end
shift + numpad 2 = Down Arrow
shift + numpad 3 = Page Down
shift + numpad 4 = Left Arrow
shift + numpad 5 = nothing (but cannot be used in blender apparently)
shift + numpad 6 = Right Arrow
shift + numpad 7 = Home
shift + numpad 8 = Up Arrow
shift + numpad 9 = Page Up
shift + numpad 0 = Inser
So the default shortcuts for align view to selected do not work.

no blend file, it's the same on any scene in the windows version :-D

Currently we're sticking to the 2.4x keymap which has these keys, when we do a redesigned 2.5x keymap we can take this into account, but for now not considered a bug.

This is fixed with r35437 - shift+numpad keys now work properly on Windows too.
