Description

Make a new window with "Duplicate Window" for ex.
Place it on another screen and save file in use.
Close and open blender and open recent file.
The second window on the other screen uses wrong file.
In my case it is coplete unreadable.
When saving settings with windows on the second
as the new default settings, blender becomes unreadable
in all windows and therefore completely unusable.
Have to uninstall with deleting all user settings and reinstall
to get back a usable blender.

This sounds like graphics cards bug, multiple windows sharing same opengl context isn't always well supported since its not used by many applications/games
