2.69 versus 2.70

Short description of error
I have a large render speed regression in this scene between Blender 2.69 and 2.70
2.69 - Time 00:18:02
2.70 - Time 00:47:37

rem: I have tested the 2.70 on 3 others scenes and the speed was approximatly the same has 2.69

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Just open the attached file en press Render
