Short description of error

Hey guys,
sorry for my english, it is not the best.
I´ve got a problem with the font in blender. It hides some letters. I can´t use Blender under this conditions.
Can i change the font? I have not found an Option in the preferences.
I uploaded a picture of my Blender UI.

Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps

We already have a similiar report, will merge this one into it…

Issue is, no dev has been able to reproduce it so far.
