Operating system and graphics card
win 7 and default intel graphic
Blender Version
Broken: (example: 2.69.7 4b206af, see splash screen)
unrealistic light from very2 oldest to very2 latest blender engine

Short description of error
lamp bias/volumetric problem, not sure ,...i this problem ,will show u how blender break the rule of physics,
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Please elaborate, what is the issue here? The "banding"? Just reduce the "Halo" steps to something like 2 or 3…

i dont know ,,but if u fast render ,,u see light can pass through the wall at the lower coner,,,i am just play around with blender 2.69 and also try with blender 2.70 ,,,same problem....light can pass through the wall at the corner lower....

even wall and floor are close to each other....light can pass it.....

Blender Internal is not a physically accurate render engine, if you need more realism try Cycles.
