Nvidia gtx 580

Blender Version
Long standing 2.6# bug

Short description of error
Click and drag visibility toggling in outliner doesn't work when in "Groups" view

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

-In a scene with several groups do to the outliner
-Change the dropdown menu to "Groups" view
-Click and drag up or down one of the toggle buttons (Visibility/Selectability/Renderability)

Would ideally toggle the visibility of the subsequently hovered groups, but it only seems to work on views other than "Groups"
