Windows 10 Home Premium - AMD R9 390x2 (basically 2 times the 390x)

Blender Version
Broken: 2.77
Worked: (optional)

Short description of error
When I render it the samples are, i dont know how to explain it, streched.
I attached a screenshot.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps
