Node wrangler add-on combining 2 shaders with ALT + Right Mouse Button do not update in viewport.

  1. Create cycles material with 2 shaders
  2. Combine with ALT + Right Mouse Button - viewport do not update

Seems none of the node wrangler shortcuts are updating the viewport render in 2.77, even Ctrl Shift LMB (emission preview) fails to update.
