Also, can you awesome developers fix the trackpad zoom on macbook pro. Perhaps add a slider for sensitivity so I don't have to perform the pinch gesture over and over and over again. Blender is for artists right, and artists shouldn't be required to play with the RNA and all that crazy complex stuff in the user settings for something as simple as that. Blender just generally needs a lot of work on optimization for trackpad/laptop use (not even necessarily for macs). Things like "emulate 3 button mouse" and "emulate numpad" are very hack-ish quick fixes that were quickly created and then forgotten. Something more permanent has to be done to take advantage of modern multi touch trackpads and also keep in mind the condensed keyboard layout of laptops. The laptop is a necessary convenience that every artist who wants to create things on the go has, but Blender seems to cater to only those with nine to five jobs who work at desks with multi monitor setups. Blender should be as optimised for laptop use as possible, as those artists in the cube farms are for If some developer has some time to kill, it would be great if you could spin and zoom at the same time, or possibly get REALLY cool and use force touch!!! :D
