Broken: blender-2.77-4b0aeaf-win32
Worked: blender 2.77a

problem in ortho mode only
vertex snapping during translation of vertices impossible. cursor only snaps to vertices far from vertex being moved. problem disappears in perspective mode.

I reinstalled blender 2.77a and could not duplicate problem. everything working perfectly.
