Tested on both:
Linux - Ubuntu Studio 16.04.1 LTS (Xenial Xerus), NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M
OS X - 10.13.3 High Sierra, Intel Iris 1536 MB

Blender Version
Broken: 2.79a (8928d99270f)
Worked: 2.79 (5bd8ac9abfa)

Short description of error
When using Clean Tracks for selecting tracks with high error values, it selects all the tracks instead of only those with higher error values (the float specified in Error field).

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Track any sequence as usual.
  2. Solve camera motion.
  3. Set the Error value (lower than the Solve Error is).
  4. ALL the tracks get selected, instead of the only ones with higher error values.
