Worked: (2.79 & earlier)

Short description of error
Sequencer: Hard cut (shift k) is broken. Strips content is erased on the right side after cut.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Sequencer: Import video file, place sequencer cursor at any point withing the video, select video and apply hard cut (shift k). Scrub to the right, strip is blank.

Thanks for the report, but this has already been fixed in current master (see rBf3018322c097f), and will be backported to upcoming 2.79b (see T54255).
