Worked: 2.77

Short description of error
When you change the max range value of a shape key, the current value of the shapekey does not update.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Open
    Shapekey_max.blend87 KBDownload
  2. Note in the smaller Cube that the Shape key value is greater than the maximum value defined.

For comparison open it in 2.77 and press keyboard arrow to update scene -> small cube become bigger due to working clamping

Confirmed on first sight.
Ranges start taking effect when using the Value Slider or inserting a keyframe. Also confirming that 2.77 does apply range on framechange [not on file-load though]
