Broken: the latest build 5389964
Worked: Blender 2.79a 8928d99270f

Render->Device->GPU Compute is inactive and Blender User Preference->System->Cycles Compute Device has only the one button "None"

Like it was said, the support for CUDA 2.0 and 2.1 cards was removed from Master. 2.79 releases will still support them (2.79a and b).
