Description

With these, the toolbar will be nicer to use.

- Rename 'Translate' to 'Move' (less jargony, and also more descriptive. Double win.) (DONE)
- Make scrollbar very small for View2D (DONE)
- De-saturate and dim icons, unless they are selected or hovered over. (DONE)
- Make a new defined button widget type for tool buttons, so they can be themed differently from regular push-buttons. They are not the same thing anyway. (DONE)
