This will be an ES dump, executed on a daily basis, versioned, compressed and served as static file. The Raw data page will show a link to the current and the last few dumps.

We could consider making a table for this, to allow searching and sorting of data dumps (and store download links, pointing to a CDN) but that's for a later task.
