Windows 10 and GeForce 940MX,

Blender Version
Broken: 2.80 b4b8d3ab0e4
Worked: Yes

Short description of error
Open Blender and click on the toolbar and /or open a new file (via the splash screen included). This causes blender to crash. Reloading factory settings do not alleviate the issue.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
open blender from the system file where it was extracted to, click on the toolbar or try to open a file and this should crash blender.
