windows 10 64 bit, nvidia geforce GTX 1060 6 GB

2.80 Alpha 2 Hash: c419cb7305f

holding right mouse button (to set 3D cursor) and pressing "S" on the keyboard causes application to crash.

Can confirm on Ubuntu 18.04.

Also happens when you set the cursor with the left mouse button (in right click select mode).
