Windows 10, Nvidia GTX1080Ti, i7-8700k

Blender Version
Broken: (blender-2.80.0-git.6f42eb245b1-windows64)

Short description of error
When i apply Maya shortcuts preset - i have an error. And settings doesnt work - shortcuts are still as blender preset.

Can confirm this. Fails with both maya and 3dsmax presets on latest 2.8 build.

Caused by changes in 2.8 e.g in this case instance_groups should be instance_collections. Requires lots of small tweaks
to both maya.py and 3dsmax.py scripts in keyconfig.
