Subtract brush missing in weight painting mode

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

I believe in case image will just do the work.

It is there if you select the Draw tool. This is due to the brush/tool design changes where each tool only shows the relevant brushes. Further changes are planned in this area as well.
