Short description of error
Dynamic Paint doesn't show "Paint" or "Weight" in viewport. I played around with the overlays ,but I can't tell that I'm missing something to make it show.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1: Add a mesh as the canvas
2: Enable dynamic paint and set as canvas with Surface Type as Weight or Paint
3: Add another mesh for the brush
4: Enable dynamic paint and set as brush
