Thanks for the report.

I do not have the "Full 3D View" workspace here, is this a custom one you made? (or maybe try to reset Blender to factory settings)

Does it also happen when you add other new workspaces?

Hello, sorry for late response. I have attached screen copies showing sequence to get the error.

I do not have the "Full 3D View" workspace here either. So it seems to not be a default workspace.

Could you try a newer blender beta from https://builder.blender.org/download/ and see if this still happens?

Hello, I have downloaded the last updated version today. Unfortunately the crash action still exists and please follow the link to screen video capture how to get it.

Please load the factory settings in Blender. Then save the startup file and user preferences. Then restart Blender and see if it still happens.
The "3D View Full" option should be gone then, hopefully.

@Brecht Van Lommel (brecht), why is the list of workspaces different in that version?

Brecht Van Lommel (brecht) added a comment.Dec 19 2018, 6:06 PM

Those are the 2.79 screens, so it comes from copying over the 2.79 settings & startup file.

Alexey (Stilist80) added a comment.Dec 19 2018, 6:17 PM

I have removed 2.79, loaded factory settings, saved preferences, saved startup file and then loaded it. It still happens. Updated

I'm guessing that you have to remove the 2.8 file from /Users/$USER/Library/Application Support/Blender/ to reset totally. So you do not get those workspaces from 2.79 in 2.8

I have no Blender folder in Application Support and on Mac the $USER\Library folder is hidden by default so such type of system cleaning requires terminal commands which seems rather difficult from user's point of view especially on mac. It might be useful to somehow check existing settings from previous versions if they could impact on stability.

ops, sorry I have found it, will respond on working after deleting

Yes, no more "New 3D view" anymore in sculpting workspace menu.
