(example: 2.80, edbf15d3c044, blender2.8, 2018-11-28, as found on the splash screen)
Worked: (optional)

Short description of error

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error THIS happens in sculpt mode. Not sure if I mentioned that in the last report.
1.) Delete all objects on startup.
2.) Shift-A--> Make iconosphere
3.) Add Sub D mod
4.)Sculpt mode.

Lag when using any of the brushes. This did not occur in 2.79

Repeating these steps but instead adding Multires causes object to momentarily disappear when turning object.
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Can you try using Blender 2.8, and an up-to-date version?

See:

Note however there are still some missing features and performance problems in the new implementation. Particularly animation playback and moving of vertices in edit mode will be improved before the final 2.80 release, to bring it back to 2.7x level.
