Description

This change D4033 makes it really difficult to drag the corners in the interface.
Especially with a tablet on a 4k monitor.

It was much faster to duplicate and reduce the windows before this change.

Please also consider to look at the horizontal and the vertical space it's also very small

At least an option for changing these scales/areas would be nice

Thanks for your hard work guys!

The corner action zones were made smaller to avoid conflicting with buttons and controls inside the header. Before they would overlap. We could also increase the margin a bit to make a bit more space for this.

The edge grabbing zones could be made a bit larger I suppose.

I guess the answer is the same as in T59856...

Question is how many complains are enough to change that again?

Just making them larger in itself is no good, because we received lots of reports before of users who were unable to click header buttons because the zones would overlap with buttons and controls, which is worse overall. You do have to be fairly precise, but at lease you won't accidentally split the window when just clicking buttons.

Only solution I can see is increasing header margin a bit to give it more space, or to just leave it.
