Short description of error

With the recent change to preferences 'Emulate 3d button mouse' and 'release confirm' options no longer works together if ALT is pressed during modal operation.

Steps to reproduce
1 - enable 'Emulate 3d button mouse' and 'release confirm' in input options
2 - grab any gizmo
3 - press ALT

operator no longer confirms on release
