Not much info to work on.
Do you get any error message?
Is this happening with any blend file? (eg. default cube)
Can you provide a small blend file? So we can try and reproduce the problem.

And just to make sure, are your drivers up-to-date?

I was browsing through and found this thread. I reported the same issue here a couple of days ago. I did not find it initially, but I mentioned it in a comment a little while afterwards.

Oh nice @Yu-sion (Yu-sion), it looks as duplicate of T63698.
I wonder if screen space reflections problem T63512 is also the same.

yes screen space reflection problem also occurs here

This one is a duplicate of T63698 (the errors are the same).

However the screen space reflections issue in T63512 is an earlier issue, because that was reported before the error from T63698 showed up.
