Worked: (optional) Seems that 1st beta was the same.

Short description of error
Blender crashes if Screen Space Reflections is ON and EEVEE is selected.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
default startup;
In Render settings turn ON Screen Space Reflections then select "Rendered" display method in 3dView;
It crashes then.

i have same problem in any scene. win 7 64. blender-2.80rc3-windows64

Probably a driver issue.Make sure you have the latest drivers

Probably a driver issue.Make sure you have the latest drivers

it is notebook (laptop) NVIDIA GeForce GT 720M, Intel® Core™ i7 4510U Processor.
