This is most likely a duplicate of either T59333 or T60733

Using your mesh, sub-d works for me, but is very slow. Even then, the use of extremely large n-gons here (faces with 81 vertices etc.) as well as n-gons on the curves will mean that sub-d will give you poor looking results anyhow. The mesh should have better topology before attempting subdivision.

I just found that subdiv works, but very slowly, but only for first time.
Of couse my topology not for finished shape, this just for test, but i think this is not normal subdiv performance, isn't it?
