Short description of error
Switching UV preview does not work for all selected objects in multi-object Edit Mode.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. In the UV editing panel Top Bar, switch UV from "collective" to "single"
  2. UVs are not switched for all selected objects

Values in editors generally only affect the active object. While we would like to make this and other values in the properties editor affect all objects, this is not considered a bug currently.
