Overview
The Mac OS Blender shortcuts for Toggle Quad View appear to clash with system shortcuts to quit the application.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Open the default scene.
  2. Attempt to press the shortcut to toggle quad view, (by default its ⌥(Alt)-⌘(Cmd)-Q )

You will be prompted about quitting blender.

Confirmed, but you can also use Ctrl-Alt-Q, which does work.

As I said on devtalk this caused hardcoded shortcut for the app menu.

Apparently these shortcut have priority.
