The Flip Quats operator in the Pose menu does not show the existing hotkey.

Open Blender, create a armature. Go to pose mode. In Pose Menu have a look for the Flip Quats operator. It does not show the existing hotkey Alt F. Try to add a hotkey. It will create one. But this new hotkey will not show neither.

This bug reminds me at the at the very similar issue with the delete button. And could be related. https://developer.blender.org/T60887
