System Information
Operating system: Ubuntu Studio 19.04
Graphics card: HP G4 Laptop/ AMD A6 CPU
Blender Version
Broken: 2.80, b3f96da2e605, master, 2019-05-23
Worked: Can't remember the exact build, but it was either from January of February. Definetly was before the "light matching" thing between EEVEE and CYCLES
Short description of error
In EEVEE, when I light my scene with an HDRI everything looks good, also in DevLook, but when I add a light source, point or spot, the objects instead of recieving light, they get a black shade where the light should be. In CYCLES everything is working fine, but also in the shading preview, I get a weird yelllowish look.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open up blender
Change view to rendered (since in DevLook everything looks fine due to the default EXR)
Reduce the default light value to 50w
First image shows DevLook/Rendered split screen with default light values
Second image shows the issue as clearly as possible, light value is set to half so it depicts my issue
Here is the system info file. The thing is, I fixed it (kind of) by installing an older version of the system (Ubuntu studio 18.04). It still shows artifacts when using light sources, but at least objects don't appear completly black.
