Short description of error
The Grease Pencil Pinch brush behaves oddly. Instead of pulling towards the center of the brush, the point it pulls towards seems to be offset. This does not happen on a fresh file, but appears after using GP for a while. I have been unable to determine what action exactly leads Pinch to behave this way.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Open attached .blend
  2. Draw a stroke

I confirm the bug. There is an offset affecting Sculpt brushes when GP object's location is different from X=0, Y=0, Z=0.

To reproduce from scratch, open default 2D animation template.
Draw some strokes.
Go to sculpt mode. Use Pinch, Rotate and Clone brush.
Then, go to object mode. Move GP Stroke object at several Blender Units from scene origin.
Go into Sculpt mode. Use same brushes (Pinch, Rotate and Clone). -> They do not behave normally.
