Description

Actually, the evaluation of the modifiers of grease pencil is done in Draw Manager, but must be done in Depsgrah.

The reason of the old design was grease pèncil was designed before depsgraph was in place.

New Patch here D5470. This patch is only yhe depsgraph code.
