Description

System Information
Operating system: Windows-7-6.1.7601-SP1 64 Bits
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 970/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 416.34

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.80 (sub 74), branch: master, commit date: 2019-07-08 23:33, hash: rBac8c795429f9
Worked: (optional)

Short description of error
if i wand to link/share a object between two collections... i can drag&drop in the outliner and press CTRL for linking
if i have a huge scene with many collections thats not intuitive
and not easy to find

there should be an option in the Ouliner > Context Menu > "Link/Add to Collection"

and/or in the MOVE option

ADD TO COLLECTION
MOVE TO COLLECTION

i know there is a branch.... but this OUTLINER>CONTEXT>ADD TO COLL. entry should be in 2.80 for sure

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

You can press Shift+M in 3D Viewport and Outliner as well to link one or more objects to a collection instead of moving it to a collection. Unless I am misunderstanding your problem, and you mean something else.
