from left to right

Wireedges Mode, Solid Mode, Look Dev Mode

Blender is started from the taskbar, being a link to C:\programme\BLender Foundation\Blender\blender.exe

Please try installing the latest graphics drivers for both the NVIDIA and Intel graphics cards, from the NVIDIA and Intel websites.

If that doesn't help, attach the output of Help > Save System Info.

Further, it's not clear which icons you are referring to where it crash, but I guess it's specifically LookDev that crashes.

There is no need to click icons in a certain order. Just the first thing you do is after Blener is loaded: click on the Look Dev icon.

I wrote which icon, in my initial post.

The system info shows this is using the Intel card, for which driver version 10.18.10.3574 is too old.

For NVIDIA 24.21.13.9907 is not the latest version as far as I can tell, but probably is not the issue here.
