This is a Cube as Room with a Door and a Lamp. The Sun outside can shine thru some Edges of the solid Material.

This is a known limitation of the shadowing method.

Practical solution (to work around the limitation):

  • increase the suns shadow clip end to 50m (will get rid of the artifacts on the right side)
  • decrease the suns shadow softness to zero
  • increase the suns shadow exponent to something really high (e.g. 1000)
  • put a solidify modifier on the walls (can be negative/outwards so it doesnt change your framing, e.g. -0.03, preferably with "even thickness" turned ON)
