Graphics card: AMD FirePro D500 3 GB

Blender Version
Broken: 2.80 Release Candidate

Short description of error
When starting up blender the tools and the side bar are not displaying. Pressing key shortcuts of "T" or "N" do not display either sidebars; in addition, the Info window displays the following:

Same here, also only the beauty image of the startup screen is visible.
