Short description of error
Cell Fracture does not complete operation correctly.When applied to an object it only creates a fractured box the size of the bounds of original object with the original object intact inside.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add UVSphere. Apply Cell Fracture. Result is a fractured cube with unfractured UVSphere inside.
