Short description of error
When using the Cell Fracture addon to fracture an object other than a cube, the resulting pieces are based on the bounding box of the object and not it's actual shape
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Active Cell Fracture addon
Start new scene
Delete Cube
Add Torus
Go to Quick Effects and select Cell Fracture
Click Fracture
The result should be a bunch of different pieces that together form a torus. Instead what we get is a bunch of pieces that match the size of the torus bounding box.
This will happen with any non cube like object.
