Short description of error
Cycles Viewport is stuck on initializing

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
dragging mouse back and forth on the Veiwport shading icons will make Cycles Viewport stuck in the initializing and Viewport won't work for that save file Anymore.

Viewport render is paused with the || button that is right next to the shading buttons, I assume you pressed that accidentally?

my pc spec is ryzen 9 5950x, rtx 3080 , by rendering the scene in CPU its all ok ,but rendering in GPU compute the rendering page shows INITIALING for for than 15 min and didn't render the scene
