I saw the operating system updating Blender few days ago (through terminal).

Short description of error
When ever I am going to make a render out of a ground plan of a house I have drawn through render in view, the program freezes, hard.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
After opening the file attached to this problem, hit "Render" located bit below Measurate on the right side.

Yes it is about the Measurelt addon. I wasn't sure if this was part of the addon or not.

I have tested your file and the render works, but the problem of freeze is because you are rendering 250 frames.

Just change this parameter to Frame to render only the current frame.
