Short description of error
Hair changes every frame when is driven by a surface using an alembic cache (cache sequencer ). The position of every strand is lost, not a big changes but subtle .When i change to an mdd cache all works as expected .constant position in hairs, no flicker .

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open scene with an object with hair, create a Mesh Sequence Cache modifier on it to drive it , connect it to the proper abc file , and the right object path .Render a few frames.Result flicker
the same procedure changing to a Mesh Cache( with .mdd ) modifier render a few frames , works fine.
In viewport al works fine in both ways .The hairs doesn't varies his position.
note. The zip file contains also cache files in relative path way
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]

It is still rendering, but I assume this is the same as T63534

Looks like these are the same issues as in T63534, I will merge this report into the existing one...
