Short description of error

Error Font Khmer Unicode. It doesn't support Khmer Unicode.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Thanks for the report, but indeed this is known issue with current Blender, not considered a bug. We do not support 'complex scripts' (the ones that have complex compositing rules between their glyphs).
