System Information
Operating system: Win 10 64 bit
Graphics card: Intel inside

Blender Version
Broken: 2.80 rc1

Using the eyedropper to get a driver works around 8% of the time. Otherwise it's like clicking a dead button when I click the eyedropper: nothing happens.

I admit I am using an older version of blender, but rcs 2 and 3 seem to be getting worse and worse for me (see other bug reports).
