Applying the Boolean Modifer to an objects as in when putting one object through another with difference causes the object containing the Boolean to be slightly deformed.


The image shows how the room has been deformed after a boolean was applied on it to fit the windows.

You say the room has been 'deformed' but it's impossible to tell if this is actually a bug. You'll need to supply a demo blend file with instructions how to reproduce the issue. Thanks.

Right now it doesn't look like it was deformed, it looks like it's set to Shade Smooth mode, try setting your walls to Shade Flat by right clicking and choosing Shade Flat or by choosing Object – Shade Flat from the top menu and see if the problem is still there.
