Description

System Information
Operating system:windows 10
Graphics card:msi gtx 1050ti

Blender Version
Broken: Blender 2.80 Release Candidate 3
Worked: (optional)

Short description of error
Clone, works well for the first copy
But for the second copy, stroke turns it into fill!
And I'm having trouble drawing a circle with the Circle tool because it has to guess its size when drawing
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Draw a circle with a stroke and select it in the Sculpt Mode section and then click Clone then you will find that the first copy is correct but the second copy is Fill

This is a limitation now... The problem is the first copy is using all layers, but the next clones only uses the active one.
