Short description of error
When working with tools like Line, Arc, Curve, Box, Circle, sometimes the resize circle disappears "Handel" and reappears after many times!
And also when working with the Draw tool, sometimes it doesn't change the shape of the mouse when the Radius is resized in WorkSpace.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
These problems are not visible in the short term and you have to work carefully for several hours,
 But you can resize the Radius from the Draw tool multiple times or use the Curve tool multiple times to see problems
