Pressing down the middle mouse button

I am also getting weird mouse cursors, yes two after I've loaded the software and exited blender

Is this also happening if you load Factory defaults (File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings)?

This is then caused by an Addon or (broken) keymap.

Will archive this for now, feel free to comment again or reopen if you've found the offending Addon/Keymap and think there is a bug involved...

I am so new to this software, the only reason why I found the rotation wasn't working I was watching a YouTube video, which led to me having this problem. So I really don't know a lot about this software, but looks interesting. Thanks anyway, will keep a look out for new bugs if I think there are anymore
